Ingredients
1 big potato
1 tb sp butter
2 tb spoon grated cheese
salt
pepper
For Topping;
Sweet corn
sweet peas
olive oils
sausage
pickle
ketchup
mayonnaise

Pierce the potato with a fork in a few places and wrap it in aluminum foil. Bake it in a preheated oven for 1 hour at 250 degrees. After it is baked, cut it lengthwise in half. Add butter and grated cheese, mixing them well. After this, add your toppings – I used the ingredients above, but you can also add mushrooms, carrots or whatever you want.
Serve it as a light lunch.
